Albatros Flugzeugwerke Throttle
This type of throttle is found in Austro-Hungarian aircraft made by Aviatik, Albatros and Phoenix. In each case, the throttle has a metal plaque with the name of the aircraft manufacturer - in this case, Albatros Flugzeugwerke - but is actually made by a sub-contractor which explains why the plaques were attached with screws. The photo below shows this throttle installed on the starboard side of an Aviatik C.I (page 168, Austro-Hungarian Army Aircraft of World War One)
